Ingredients:
2 Servings 2 glasses Water, cold
3 tablespoons Lemon/Lime Juice 6 Raspberries, fresh or frozen 2 tablespoons Sugar, powdered Instructions:
In a small bowl, with a fork or a spoon mash raspberries with sugar and lemon juice. Leave the mixture aside for 10 minutes. Using a fine strainer, filter the extract into a pitcher. Discard the seeds left in strainer. Stir the juice well and adjust sugar as per taste. Serve chilled along with ice.
